Clas Ohlson – Student Campaign 2013

Following on from previous years’ work with established client Clas Ohlson, Live were tasked with raising awareness and understanding of the brand amongst the student market. Our sole aim was to position Clas Ohlson as the one stop useful shop for student essentials and drive students to visit    in-store and online.

Fresher’s’ Fairs were an ideal platform to engage with students face to face and Live worked closely with Clas Ohlson to deliver a comprehensive  student campaign targeting 9 of the UK’s top Universities over the start of the new term.

Working from a highly visible branded back drop our core Brand Ambassadors gave away 4-page Student Fliers, discount cards, Autumn catalogues, the iconic Clas Ohlson ‘blue bag’ as well as running a desirable FPD to win a portable Bluetooth speaker.

Over 12 days we distributed 55,000 pieces of literature and giveaways to our core target market.   With strong sales seen across the store portfolio activity was then extended across the Christmas period to promote in store offers via leaflet distribution.
